Notes:
Jeff, Alysa and I met up at Clear Creek at 8am. We walked into the canyon away from the road and picked a good starting point. We fished every pocket, riffle and run all the way back to the car. We fished every method (excluding streamers) and we worked on reading water and technique. Jeff was a natural and in no time his accuracy and drifts we spot on. We hooked up to a good amount of fish however getting them to the net was not easy. Clear Creek is very crowded and the fish feed in waves throughout the day. We had almost all of out takes in very shallow pockets close to the shore and a few in the slow deep runs.

Clear skies and 60+ degree weather. The water temperature was between 44-47 degrees and Crystal Clear. The fishing is fair.
