Quote(s) of the Day: "There are bugs everywhere!"
Notes:
Jayme and Christi are visiting Colorado and decided to spend a day on the river. Upon arrival we went over casting technique, rigging, and aquatic insects. The morning started off slow but around 9am the bugs were hatching in full swing. Nymphing was productive with emergers and small baetis patterns. When the tricos started spinning we switched to throwing tandem dry flies. Quality fish, some good laughs, and great conversation made for an awesome day on the river.

Clear skies and 60+ degree weather. The water temperature was between 52-55 degrees and Crystal Clear. The fishing is great.
