Quote(s) of the Day: Colorado is beautiful!
The flows have come down to normal winter flows, today they were at 66cfs. Making it easy to spot fish fish holding in the runs. The weather has also started to change, cold in the morning and then warming by the afternoon. So you need to dress in layers to get on the water and beat the crowds. Mike Horner joined me today on the river. He is town all the way from London and a lot of great stories about fishing in the UK. I'm going to have to make it a priority to get over there and fish. Mike made it look easy today landing seven fish, all over fifteen inches. The river is low and cold and the fish are hungry so get out and wet some flies.

Clear skies and 60+ degree weather. The water temperature was between 36-39 degrees and Crystal Clear. The fishing is good.
